I answered via email, but wanted to post the reply here as well.

1. Invite members through Bulk Upload of excel. It sends invitations to members. with their username/password
No. This functionality does not exists in Event Espresso at this time. I will add it to our feature request list.

You can use a plugin (Like MailChimp) to send emails to a bulk list with the link to the event.

2. Members create their profile and provide availability dates and preferences
Using our WP User Integration add-on, you can use profile information for logged in users to pre-fill the registration forms, and also to provide member discounts, but no functionality exists for availability dates and prefs.

3. A notification system where admin can send notifications to members
Using our MailChimp add-on, you can add registrant’s emails to a MailChimp list and you can email the groups from MailChimp.

4. create speaker, chair person as per sessions of events. Speaker for one session can be chair person of another session in same event.
I’m not sure what you mean here. We do have a built in Staff Manager.

5. How scalable it is? Can I modify it as per my requirement.
We have templating that allows you to do customizations. See our features page for more details.

6. Ical support. add the conference schedule to their calender.
Yes. You can turn this setting on and allow users to export an ics file to import into their calendar software.
