I seem to be having an issue with Member Prices not being saved. I enter the data in the input field, hit update and the price isn’t there when the page refreshes.
There also seems to be a weird bug where sometimes when I create an event it doesn’t show up in the event overview page or it displays multiple instances of the same event.

Hi,

Are you running any caching services on your site such as W3 total cache or WP super cache?

Hey Lorenzo,
I’m not running any caching services. It’s seems to be the same situation on both the local and dev environments.

Are you also inputting the standard price when setting the Member price?

There also seems to be a weird bug where sometimes when I create an event it doesn’t show up in the event overview page or it displays multiple instances of the same event.

It will depend on the event start/end dates and registration start/end dates you have input. Are you using the ‘Duplicate Event’ feature or creating these using ‘Add New Event’?

I’ve tried removing all prices and adding two member prices.
I’ve also tried having a standard price and adding a member price.
In both cases when I hit update it doesn’t store the changes I made for pricing.

Which version of Event Espresso and the Members Add-on are you currently using?

I managed to get it working so that’s fine. It just didn’t see in the documentation that I had to add all pricing in the ‘Standard Pricing’ column. I was adding it to the ‘Member Pricing’ column.

Yes you will need to add standard pricing, then member pricing for each of the standard prices.
