Hi, my client has a problem. He tells me that has a mass mail returning of an event where those email was just arrived ones. What can be wrong? |

I’m sorry for my english. I’ll try to explain me better. My client told me that has a bulk notification emails where those emails were just arrived ones. Is more clear? |
Hi Daniele, Is this when using the Email All Attendees feature? http://take.ms/zeYjJ Unfortunately Event Espresso has no control over the emails once sent. It depends on the type of ‘bounce back’ you are receiving. We have the Email All Attendees feature but this is heavily dependent on server configuration and the amount of attendees the event has. Shared hosting will very likely fail on bulk emails with many attendees. There are just too many variables for us to be able to support and as such we recommend using a service such as MailChimp for sending out mass emails. |

I’m sorry, unfortunately it isn’t clear what the issue is. Is the user is receiving multiple emails? When you say coming back, coming back to the user? the admin? If we run a test registration would we see the issue? if so is there an event we can test on? |

Coming back to the admin (my client). He receives the registration confirms email twice, but the second in one shot… |
