Mass Delete Payments or Run “Filtered CSV Report” by Date

Good day,
I hope this is the correct forum for technical eventespresso questions.

We have an issue that it is taking to long to run the “Filtered CSV Report” download as the number of entries are growing.

Please advise a resolution of option 1 or 2 below.

1) Instead of individually “Deleting Payment Details” – How can I “Mass Delete – Payment Details” before trash/delete the old registrations
2) If the above is not possible – How can I run the “Filtered CSV Report” by date. – e.g. last 60 Days Only.

You are more than welcome to post questions here in the community forums.

However, note that support staff do not actively monitor the community forums, we may well reply if we see it but the intention of this section of the forum is for community members to discuss EE rather than support.

Currently, this isn’t possible.

2) If the above is not possible – How can I run the “Filtered CSV Report” by date. – e.g. last 60 Days Only.

We currently have a ‘This month’ and Today’ filter for the registrations – http://take.ms/RfKYZO

We don’t currently have a selectable date range export built into EE, it would be possible to do with some custom code if you are comfortable with PHP?

You can see how the ‘Today’ and ‘This month’ filters work in the _add_date_to_where_condtitions() function.

You can extend it further using the the FHEE__Registrations_Admin_Page___get_where_conditions_for_registrations_query filter, see HERE.
