"Mark As Attended" button is missing

I can no longer check in my attendees because the “Mark As Attended” button is completely gone from my Event Espresso. I’m wondering if this plugin you created for me is what is causing the issue (https://eventespresso.com/topic/attendee-lists-not-mobile-responsive/) and how should this be resolved? (WP 4.1, EE Version 3.1.36.6.P, http://theinstantartist.com/event-registration/?ee=48)

Hi, the attendee list screen was not originally designed to be responsive in Event Espresso 3.

That solution works by hiding select content so that remaining content is visible on a small screen such as an iPhone. Does the button reappear if the custom plugin is deactivated through WP Plugins?

If it does, then we can take another look at it for you.

However, if you’ll need other areas of the WP dashboard to be responsive for Event Espresso 3, then please consider checking with an Event Espresso professional.

Deactivating the plugin did nothing different…the Mark As Attended button is still missing…not just on mobile but also on my laptop.

Hi Melissa,

Is the ‘Unmark as Attended’ button also not visible?

Those two buttons are only visible when the EE3 Ticketing Add-on is installed and activated, so can you check that Add-on is installed and activated within Dashboard -> Plugins?

Thanks…that was the fix. I had the Ticketing add-on before so no idea why it all of a sudden was no longer installed. I re-uploaded it and it fixed the issue. Thanks again.
