Manually added registrations disappearing

Event Registration and Ticketing Powered by Event Espresso – 4.8.40.p
Version 4.5

We have paper VIP cards and Gift Certificates. When someone calls in to use them, we add the registrations manually like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A9QHg8XVXuU

The ticket count will increase, and the name will be added as approved as shown in the video. Sometime in the next few days, manual registrations will disappear. The ticket count will remain unchanged, but the name will be completely gone. It won’t even show up on the Event Registrations CSV Report.

approved registrations show 8 sold

How can the names of manual registrations stick for more than a day?

Hi Skorby,

Are you running any ‘cleanup’ plugins that run on the database?

Is this happening for all of your manual registrations?

Would you mind if I had a look within the admin to see if I can spot any cause for this? If not you can send temporary login details using this link:

Thank you, could recheck those details please. I’m getting ‘invalid login’ when I try to use them.

Also could you answer my previous questions.

Are you running any ‘cleanup’ plugins that run on the database?
Is this happening for all of your manual registrations?

I am not aware of any cleanup plugins. It’s been happening on all manual registrations for months. New login sent.
