Hi.
When I try to manually add a new registrant I receive the following fatal error

Is the site still hosted on GoDaddy?
One thing you could do is try bumping the available memory. If I remember correctly the amount of memory allocated to WordPress is generally too low on sites hosted there. You can follow this guide to bump the memory limit:
