Make contacts opt-in to emails in InfusionSoft

I notice that new contacts from EE3 uploaded to InfusionSoft do not have the opt-in flag set. Can you please change this to have them opt-in?

I can certainly make a request for it, but of course I cannot guarantee it will be added in.
