Make a payment link goes to blank page

After a user registers for an event, he receives an email. If the payment failed or he used the invoice option, he has a link in the email to ‘make a payment’.

When one clicks on the link, it goes to the event registration/payment page but it’s blank:

Hello again, could you let me know if this issue continues after you backup and update to Event Espresso 4.1.9?
