There is an option within Event Espresso -> Mailchimp – ‘Skip double opt-in emails.’
I would advise against having that option checked but if it currently is not checked, that could explain why the subscribers are not being listed. They will only be subscribed when the user accepts the opt-in email sent via MailChimp.
Thanks Tony – I do have it ‘checked’ as this is for registration so I don’t require a double opt-in, and would really really rather not have to make people click again after registering.
