Mailchimp not connecting to my registration forms

My mailchimp account isn’t registering the emails and names collected in the registration form. http://rivercrossranch.ca/special-events-programming/

I have setup an API at Mailchimp and linked fields, etc. Any suggestions? Help?!

Hi Christina,

Are you using Double Opt-in?

There is an option within Event Espresso -> Mailchimp – ‘Skip double opt-in emails.’

I would advise against having that option checked but if it currently is not checked, that could explain why the subscribers are not being listed. They will only be subscribed when the user accepts the opt-in email sent via MailChimp.

Thanks Tony – I do have it ‘checked’ as this is for registration so I don’t require a double opt-in, and would really really rather not have to make people click again after registering.

MailChimp API Options:

X Skip double opt-in emails.

What else can I look into?

Hi,

Are you seeing any errors being reported for the API within MailChimp.com?

If not, could you create a new API Key and add them to the addon in the WordPress admin and save changes.
