Hi Event Espresso,

I switched over to a higher php because I kept getting an event espresso notice that it would run better if i did. during the migration, the host made a copy of my site. there was some difficulty with the migration and it took them a few days to complete. when they restored my site, they used the copy. as a result, none of the registrations that took place during the time in between were transferred to the new php. they are still there on the site that i left as they saved it. i cannot find a way to search by day so i can write down each of the missing registrations, i think there are about 200. can you tell me how i can find them quickly? also, is there a way to get rid of all those pending and incomplete registrations. they are cluttering up my view and unless i can send them some kind of email message, i don’t see a use for them. i know i can go in and trash them and delete them, but that would take me hours. thank you, deborah

Hi Deborah,

You can go to Event Espresso > Transactions, then input a “From” date and a “To” date, then click the Filter button. That will give you a list of transactions between the dates.

With regards to deleting registrations, you can click the screen options tab on the Event Espresso > Registrations page and set the Pagination to 100 registrations per page. Then you can select “Incomplete” then click filter. This will filter the list to show only Incomplete registrations where you can check the checkbox at the top left corner of the list table, then select Trash Registrations, then click Apply. This will trash registrations by the 100, and you can repeat the above for Pending Payment registrations if you so desire.

hi josh,

thanks for getting back to me and for your help. one more thing is happening. although it is the same domain and only one site is live, because i’ve gone into the other to try to retrieve the missing registrations it’s giving me that error again that i can only have one domain using event espresso.

thanks,

Hi Deborah,

You can remove the support license key from the other site, then request a key reset from your account page. The software will continue to function without the key.
