On the general settings page I don’t see a country selector or save button to modify my settings.
I just upgraded from EE3 to EE4 4.8.19.p and there where no errors during the upgrade.

Hi Bart,

Was the upgrade completed manually using an SFTP or FTP client?

If so, could you deactivate Event Espresso 4 through your WP dashboard and remove it?

Then download a new copy from your account page and upload and activate through the WP plugins screen in your WP dashboard.

I downloaded every plugin from the my account page and installed following the procedure.

Hi Bart, I’m not sure I understand what this means:

I downloaded every plugin from the my account page and installed following the procedure.

If you installed manually through SFTP / FTP, then some files may be missing if the connection timed out. Could you try a re-install via WP plugins?

If that does not help, then try temporarily deactivating other plugins to rule out a conflict with another plugin.
