Limit of 10 attendees per ticket

In testing, we get an error message that you can’t purchase more than 10 total tickets. So if you had 5 attendee registrations (main ticket), 5 single rooms (optional ticket), and 5 golf tickets (optional ticket), it will give you an error.

Can this restriction be lifted? Or will we need to specify somewhere that they can only purchase a max of 10 tickets total?

Hi Jake,

You set that option within the event itself – http://take.ms/vDYz6

The ‘Maximum number of tickets allowed per order for this event’ option determines how many tickets from an individual event you can select in a single purchase.
