Hi. I deployed a license on a dev site, and when we moved the site to the actual url, the license didn’t move with it. Can you please assist me?

The site is now http://www.ctlf.org. This was a change in the url because we had issues with getting control of the url when we were in development.

Hi there,

Please do not post license keys on the forums (even the _FREE ones 🙂 )

To request a reset on your license key (which is needed when moving domains) you can go to Your Account Page and click the reset button next to the key you wish to reset.

I’ve already reset that license key for you, however the _FREE license keys are for use with Event Espresso Decaf and will not allow automatic updates on the regular version of the plugin.
