License key says invalid, even after reset. Version 3.1.37.12.P

Hello,
I have an issue where the plug-in is saying the license key is invalid, even after a reset and our account being paid up to date.

Hi there,

The reason it’s invalid is because your site has Event Espresso version 3.1.37.12.p, and your account has an EE4 license. The EE4 license is only valid for upgrading to Event Espresso 4.

If you want to continue using Event Espresso 3 you can switch to an EE3 license on your account page.
