I am attempting to resolve the “You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now” message.
I cannot update the calendar add-on or Event Espresso. You suggest deactivating the calendar plugin and then removing it. Re-installing the new plugin. Won’t I lose information? I get a warning that I will lose all sorts of information if I remove the outdated version.
Also ipage is my hosting provider and does not support the recommended updated PHP version either. What can I do to resolve the second error message “Event Espresso recommends PHP version 5.4.33 or greater for optimal performance. You are currently running version 5.3.13.
In order to update your version of PHP, you will need to contact your current hosting provider.
For information on stable PHP versions, please go to http://php.net/downloads.php.”?
Hi Kat, I’ve reset your support license key. You can manually update your calendar add-on by removing it and then downloading the latest version from your account page, and then uploading and activating it. This will not remove any events or registration information:
