License key problem (3)

I get the following message: “You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”

I am only using EE on one site, so I am not sure what to do? I have recently also installed EE 4 and disabled EE 3. Could it be that it picks up two license keys on the same domain?

Please advise.

Hi Phillip,

Your license key has been reset.

Please go to Event Espresso -> General Settings. Remove the license key (cut) and save the settings, replace the license key (paste) and save the settings once more. Be sure to check for any white space before/after the key when pasting.
