License key not working

Hi there, the license key for petersed.com isn’t working. I have a current subscription for the account. I would like to upgrade but can’t do anything without it. Thanks!

Hi,

How are you today?

I’ve reset your license key. Please remove your license key from the General Settings page of Event Espresso and save the form blank without a license key. Then re-enter your license key again which should enable the new domain and/or one-click upgrades. Let me know if I can do anything else for you.

Hi Garth, Thank you for your quick reply. That almost worked…I was able to upgrade the registration and calendar bits but it is still prompting for a license key for the recurring events component. Can you help?

Hi Shane,

It doesn’t look like your account has access to the Recurring Events Manager (https://eventespresso.com/product/espresso-recurring/). If that’s an error then please contact the sales department and we’ll help you get that figured out: https://eventespresso.com/contact/

Hi I am having a similar problem. I get the error message that reads:
You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.
I only have one domain.

Grace, I reset your licence key, please resave your General Settings options page (literally just hit save).
