License Key correct and active but still getting an error

Hi, hope you can help, I have a license for one site with Event Espresso and I have entered the License Key as displayed in my account on your site, however I get this message: You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

It is only the one website I am using this key on. Can you advise?

Kitka

Hi,

I reset the key, please remove the licence key from your site (cut) and save the options, then paste it back and re-save. That should resolve it. If not let me know.

Thanks, that has allowed me to update it to 3.1.36.5.P

However now I’m getting a funny error. There are some past events and one forthcoming event in there, but I am not able to view them in the Event Overview panel. I can see them in the actual database and I can see the past events if I filter by the exact month but the future one is only showing up on the web page where I have inserted the Event Espresso shortcode.
I tried turning the plugin off and on again, but that didn’t help.

Any ideas what that might be?
Thanks for your help.

Hi Kitka,

The event overview page shows active events by default. Are your other events perhaps in another status menu?

You may want to also retrieve more information from the database and show additional entries like so:

AH yes, found them now. I forgot that future event was saved as a draft.

Thanks Lorenzo.
