License key with _FREE

We have a key with _FREE. It will not allow for auto updates.

Hi there,

The _FREE keys are for use with Event Espresso Decaf and will not allow updates for other versions of Event Espresso.

As you have an activate support license you’ll want to use the key without _FREE suffix.

Hi Dorian, the support license keys that end in FREE can’t be used to update the regular version of Event Espresso.
