License Keeps Breaking

Hello, I am using Event Espresso on my site, I had to request a reset for my license because it was saying that “You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain.”

I contacted you guys to get it reset and got a new key, and entered it into the site and was working fine for a while. However, now I am getting that same message again, even though I only have Event Espresso installed on one site. Can you please help me figure out why my license key keeps doing this?

Hi there,

It looks like you have recently changed the domain in use on your site by removing www, is that correct?

If so that will be the cause of the error message as http://www.example.com is considered a different domain to example.com

I have reset your license key, you will receive instructions via email on how to re-assign the key on your site.
