License is in but still getting support key is invalid

I have a license installed and I am still getting keys are invalid, what can I do?

Hi there,

If you have Event Espresso 4 add-ons activated on your site, which appears to be why the support key reports as invalid there, you can contact the sales team and they can assist you with getting licenses for the add-ons. You’ll need licenses for the add-ons added to your account.
