can i install EE3 on my dev site for testing?

Hi Karen,

Yes. You can install EE on your test site. We recommend not using the license key on the test site. It should be reserved for the live site. This means you’ll just need to install updates manually on the test site by downloading it from your eventespresso.com account and installing it through the Plugins area of your WP dashboard.

Your key will link to one site at a time. You’ll need to request a reset before it will work on your live site.
