Good morning,
I am working with my IT staff on upgrading from EE3 to EE4. I was under the impression that our current license allows us to upgrade to EE4 without a cost. On our profile page is says we have a EE3 License. Can you confirm with me that we do own the license to upgrade to EE4?

Hi Jeff,
Yes, you can upgrade to EE4. Your license key allows you to get updates and support for one site at a time no matter if it’s EE3 or EE4.
You may get some messages about using the key two times if you are using the key more than once.

Hi Jeff,
We are currently maintaining support for Event Espresso 3 with the current version of WordPress and fixing bugs.
We are also planning on rolling add-ons such as the promotions system, recurring events, and others before we may consider focusing solely on Event Espresso 4.
