I purchased EE4 on 7-18-2014 and I thought it came with 1 year license also all of the add-ons I purchased along with EE4 are not anywhere to be found in my account

Hi Cliff,

I could only find that you purchased a Event Espresso support license back in January of 2014 (a year ago), with some add-on purchases in between then and now. Can contact us (https://eventespresso.com/contact/) and provide any information about your purchase in July so we can try to look that up and verify it to update your account.
