License details incorrect and unable to purchase support tokens – PLEASE HELP

Please could you make contact me to fix my license details screen? I bought a EE4 personal license and it does not show up in my account, only 5 other licenses.

I want to purchase a support token, but the support links and support token pages on the site just take me back to the main license purchase screen. how do I purchase?
