Just upgraded, can no longer confirm/pay

Just upgraded to 3.1.30.7P. I’m running WP 3.4.2 still.

Everything seemed OK after upgrade, but just received notice that confirmation is not working. I’m able to register and the confirmation page does appear. However, after clicking “confirm registration” I’m taken to a blank white page with basic text:

“test2 test2,

Your registration is not complete until payment is received.

Amount due: $50.00

Your Registration ID: 17-512cf03eecb41

A confirmation email has been sent with additional details of your registration.”

There is nothing else on the page, so making payments is not possible. Furthermore, even though the test registrant is added to the database, they do not receive any sort of confirmation email.

I tried resaving all settings, but no change. Not sure where to go from here? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Jonathan,

This looks like there are old gateway files in the /wp-content/uploads/espresso/gateways directory. You can copy over newer versions of the gateways or gateway files from the new version of Event Espresso to that location.

Another thing you can do is check the payment overview page with wp-debug turned on. You can turn wp-debug on by editing the wp-config file:

Thank you for the quick reply, Josh. Manually updating the gateways did the trick.
