Just Renewed Lisence, Now Cart Not Updating

My cart is not updating any tickets for an event. This started about 3 days ago. Oddly enough, my EE license just renewed 5 days ago.

Hi there,

Have you moved to WPEngine recently?

WPEngine forces server-side caching on all of its pages and as EE dynamically creates the checkout page specific for each registration you can’t cache EE’s critical page but on your site they are.

To fix this you can follow the steps here:

In short, you need to send WPEngine a quick email to have them disable caching on the critical pages listed in Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Critical Pages. You may have already done this previously but looking at the headers on your site they show the pages are being cached so if they did this previously, they need to fix/update the exclusions.
