JSON API and Mobile Apps

I have an iPad and a few Android phones that I’m using for check in at an major event tomorrow. The Android phones all connect and scan tickets just fine. The iPad app is giving the “bad URL” error.

I have the plugin “Event Espresso API Plugin” v2.0.0.B installed. I saw the pre-release channel has 2.0.1.B for download; however, when I download it the plugin version is still 2.0.0.B. I do not see a specific JSON API plugin in the pre-release channel, and I think that’s what I’m missing.

I am running EE 3.1.29.1.P on WordPress 3.5.1. I have had issues with the upgrade to EE 3.1.31.1.P (which only shows as 3.1.31.1 when installed), so I’m holding off until after the event to deal with that.

Hi Jonathan,

The Event Espresso API Plugin is the JSON API plugin, and it has been updated to v.2.0.1.B. The version number didn’t get bumped from 2.0.0.B, but that’s been fixed. Also, there has been an update to the iOS app (it’s universal now so it can be used with an iPhone).
