I have the same problem as “Run2Top” (https://eventespresso.com/topic/receiving-request-to-enable-cookies-when-not-logged-in-works-fine-logged-in/)

It works if I am logged in but if not, I (and everybody else) get the following:

Hi Stephen,

I just replied to the support post that you mentioned and it is being caused by caching services.

There may be a plugin conflict occurring on your site.

Could you temporarily deactivate all plugins through your WordPress plugins screen (WP-admin –> Plugins)?

Then reactivate only Event Espresso 4 decaf and then try registering again.

Does the issue appear to be resolved?

If so, try reactivating a few plugins and then testing registration again. Continue this process until you locate the plugin that is triggering this issue.

Thanks

Lorenzo

THANKS! Lorenzo… It works now.

It appears to have been a conflict with:
Speed Booster Pack
“…allows you to improve your page loading speed and get a higher score on the major speed testing services such as GTmetrix, Google PageSpeed or other speed testing tools.
