Hi Ryan,

For the EE3 Ticketing Apps you need to JSON API Add-on installed and activated.

I can see it listed above, can you chek if you have it installed currently please?

the JSON API Add-on installed and activated. I am only getting the error on one of the active events and it was working up until last week when I was testing it. We have sold a significant number of tickets since then, any chance that is causing the issue?

Hi Ryan, were there any other changes between now and last week such as new plugin installs?

I searched for this error in our support forums and these were some of the causes:

  • Low memory – fixed by raising memory available to php
  • Plugin conflict
  • Incorrect URL in login – use the site URL (e.g. example.com)

I am thinking the PHP as the app is working for other events with fewer registrants and it was working until we went over 1,000 registrants. Do you think that makes sense?

Hi Ryan,

It fits, because the system status you posted above has this:

WP Memory Limit: 40 MB – We recommend setting memory to at least 64MB. See: Increasing memory allocated to PHP

Are you able to go in to the server and make the edit to the wp-config.php file to increase the amount of memory available?

Update:

This was fixed by increasing the max_execution_time for PHP.
