Hi Josh,

This error:

*********** An error has occurred:
We’re sorry but there appears to be an error with the “reg_url_link” or the transaction itself. Please refresh the page and try again or contact support.
*****************************************************************************

Is shown when there is a session conflict and to reproduce, click on a cart link but don’t actually finalize the registration again (you’ve just opened up a new session and linked it to your current registration)

Click back and click a different cart link, now you’ll see the error.

It because your session is set up for Registration A but then before closing that session your opening Registration B, EE’s single page checkout (SPCO for short) is detecting this and preventing issues caused by conflicting sessions.

If you visiting the /registration-cancelled/ page before opening a cart link it will work again, but you must finalize the registration again either by paying for the registration, or selecting an offline payment method before opening up another cart link to prevent this.
