Issues with Paypal Pro

Greetings Support Team,

I have been trying to activate paypal pro for awhile but i always get this error message when i test buying a ticket

This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.

I have already placed the following details:
API Username
API Password
Signature

and am 100% the inputs are correct!

Hi Khalid,

It turns out that the error message you are seeing occurs when the billing agreement with PayPal is disabled or inactive. You can contact PayPal to see about enabling the billing agreement for your PayPal account.
