Hi, I worked with Tony, very good support person, but my site is having some issues. It started when I upgraded to the max package.. I wanted to add things like Promo but it would not work and he fixed it but then messages didn’t work and he fixed it but now Square plugin doesn’t work and people getting a java error when trying to pay…
It seems that the newest Event Esspresso doesn’t work with some of the features so needing to keep me on older version which also doesn’t work with some features.. please help and thank you

Im really getting concerned, 1 person thankfully called because they cant use any payment method but I still have no heard back from support and I used a support token entry… I really need this fixed ASAP… I had to disable the plugin for square additionally the Register button that is red is not clicking, it doesn’t do the click motion, so I know this all started when I upgraded to full membership and they had to make the Promotions add on work, but now my site is acting bad and no one is responding… I’ve been with this company for years but is anyone using something else like it? Id hate to leave but I don’t know what else to do..I cant seem to get this all working and its been so extremely stressful
