Issue with Invoices

Good afternoon. I had an individual reach out to us whose registration never fully went through, but they received an invoice.

Were you able to confirm that they receive invoice? or just a notification that they need to pay a particular amount?

What payment method did they used?, you can also check the messages if what notification was generated for him/her, Did you also check the transaction tab? What do you see?

Are you sure that URL is set within the content of the email sent by EE?

Looking through your sites Message activity log, all of the emails I checked show the correct URL, do you have an example of one f these with the incorrect URL?

Right now I’m guessing its happening after EE has passed the email to the server (which then sends the email to SendGrid)

Can you try this plugin to replace the URL to see if that fixes the issue:
