Greetings,

I have EE4 and all the extra add-ons and am trying to set up the iPhone App using the EE HD App. However, I cannot get connected to the site. If I use the old app, it connects to the site, but can’t see the upcoming event. I also cannot Help!

Hi there,

The EE3 Ticket Scanning apps are only compatible with EE3.

EE4 uses a different method using the EE4 Ticket Scanning Add-on which allos you to use either a wired or bluetooth barcode scanner to scan barcodes and input the details within the dashboard.

It is possible to scan app using this add-on and the camera of a mobile device, take a look here for details on how to do so:

Hi Daron,

We can also use the priority minutes to make sure the correct add-ons are installed and even test a barcode scan for a test event. Can you resend the redeem a support token form and double check the password? The password you sent via the redeem a support token form is incorrect.

Hello, the temporary credentials that you provided for your support token are not working so we are unable to login. Could you double-check the credentials that you provided and resend through the support token form again?
