Invoices not going out

Recently I had to update what my homepage was on my site (which shouldn’t effect event espresso) but since then I just tried to sign up for one of my events to see if everything was working and tried to send myself an invoice. My registration did show up in the registrants though, but invoice email not showing up in my email. I’ve tried two emails. Please help! I also have a handfull of people that have registered but not completed the payment so I need this to work.

I also created a “test” event and went through the whole registration process to see if it would send out ticket information. Did not send that either. It did generate the ticket within the event espresso but just never sent

Hi Randy,

Do you receive any emails from Event Espresso or your WordPress installation at all?

Event Espresso uses the WP_Mail function so if WordPress can not send emails (for whichever reason) neither can Event Espresso.

Could you try installing something like WP Check Email to send a test email and see if that is received?
