Is this possible in EE3? I have seen threads for this request for EE4 but not EE3? I would like to change the text which is in the footer by default.

Hi Robert,
You can modify the template by copying the invoice gateway from
/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/gateways/
Find the ‘invoice’ directory there and copy it.
Then place the copy within
/wp-content/uploads/espresso/gateways/
The invoice gateway in that location will override the default one, so you can make changes to the template.php file within that.
However is it this text you want to edit:
Please send this invoice with payment attached to the
address above, or use the payment link below. Payment
must be received within 48 hours of event date.
If so that is done within the Invoice gateway itself – http://take.ms/HaGyP
That is within Event Espresso -> Payment Settings -> Invoice.
