Invoice – resending

Using EE4, we would like to be able to resend an invoice to a registrant. Can you please guide us to get this feature up&running? Many thanks! Ton

Hi Edith,

There is a send payment reminder button that is available when you are viewing a specific transaction:

WP-admin –> Event Espresso –> Transactions

Then click on the date or the ID of the specific transaction.

It can be used to resend the an email that includes a link to complete a payment.

They could then click on the invoice button and they would see then be able to view their invoice again.
