Invoice Payment – Blank thank you page

I’m using EE 4.2.5p and using the Invoice payment method.

I get a blank screen after confirming the registration and going to this url:

http://www.icccoachingcongress.com/thank-you/?e_reg_url_link=1-9d699e5d54b36f2b1e4101f2de2f1dd4

If I reload the page, then the thank you page is shown properly.

What could be working wrong in this case?

Hello again,

Was the page completely blank? If so, could you increase the memory that is available to PHP?

This can be done through your wp-config.php file:

http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

Hello Lorenzo

Yes the page was completely blank, also after increasing the memory for wordpress.

The return url that shows the blank page is the following:

What else could be happening?

IS there any chance for the support team to access my site and verify what could be happening?

Hi Alejandro,

I just went to the link that you shared in a new browser and it brought me to the page. Then a few seconds later it sent me to another page automatically.

Could you run another test with only Event Espresso running?

If it still fails, then we’ll ask you to share a temporary login privately so we can continue troubleshooting.

Thanks Lorenzo for your answer.

The issue is that following the normal flow of the pages, it does not work. If I recall the page, then it works ok.

Hi Alejandro,

I’m also able to see the issue as well but did you have a chance to test with only Event Espresso running? If not, could you temporarily deactivate all plugins and reactivate Event Espresso and try a registration?

If I get the temporary login, I’ll still need to run that test as part of troubleshooting.
