Invoice not showing Unit Price, Subtotal, Total or Amount Paid

I’m processing payments through PayPal and the invoice is not showing Unit Price, Subtotal, Total or Amount Paid. The cart was in sandbox mode – would this make a difference? if not, any solutions?

Hello,

Payments through PayPal are done using the shopping cart feature. Once a payment is received, you can click on the transaction in your PayPal account to view the specific information for an event which includes the amount that the registrant/attendee paid for the tickets.
