Invoice customisation EE4

Hello
I need to be able to customise or create a new invoice tailored to my needs.

That is

1 – NO VAT – not relevant in Australia
2 – no link to payment options as the only payment I am offering is via invoice, as this is how all of my clients prefer to pay
3.- fixing lots of little things in that invoice

I have tried to get a developer but noone seems to be able to do anything in EE.

Your assistance appreciated :):)
