invalid support key

i have entered my support licence key but i keep getting a message to say its invalid

Hi there,

You currently have an EE4 License but your site is running EE3, are you looking to switch to EE4 or continue to use EE3?

Each version uses a separate license so if you’d like to stay with EE3 we’ll need to switch over your license.
