Invalid Order ID provided error with PayPal Commerce

Trying to implement PayPal Commerce and this error pops up before the transaction can be completed. I saw another forum message on this but the solution is unclear. If someone can assist me in working around that error, it would be greatly appreciated.

Did the issue happen to you or to your customer? Where you able to replicate the issue? Can you send us video? you can use loom to do it. https://loom.com/

Can you also send us the Event URL that we can try to purchase.

It happened to us testing. This is a prod system so we can only leave it on for a limited time since it blocks purchases. I will get a recording. It happens for all events on the website https://www.bfdogtraining.ca/ but only when I turn on the paypal_commerce feature.
