Invalid Key Error

Hi there. I’m getting an error for Event Espresso on my plugin page: The key you have entered is invalid or has expired.

When I log into my Event Espresso account, under Support License Keys, it lists my license and the following text: Not currently activated on any websites.

I have tried removing the license from the General Settings page, saving, refreshing, and re-adding it, but it doesn’t register the license. I have Event Espresso 4 installed and working. There is a new version and I can’t update it.

Do you have any ideas about how to resolve this?

The account you are currently posting from does not have an active license, did you use this account to purchase a license?
