Hi,

I’m following the instructions, but I’m getting this error message. How do I resolve?

Destination folder already exists. /data/sites/web/mullingarfleadhcamping2023com/www/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/

Can you help?

Hi there,

That error means EE4 has already been installed on your site previously.

Is it not shown in Dashboard -> Plugins?

Which version of WordPress are you running? The later versions will ask if you want to replace the current directory with the one you just uploaded so I’m guessing you are on an older version?
