Inpossible to create new events

Hi,
I’ve just installed Event Espresso Lite 3.1.37.6.L and I use WordPress 4.3.1
The problem is that when I try to change configuration or to create new events with Event espresso, when I press apply or subscribe the changes are not saved or the events are not created.
Do you know which could be the problem?
