Infusionsoft Tagging Based on Ticket Type

Hi,

We’re using EE4 with the Infusionsoft Integration, and I having had a look at the intergration article, I was wanting to know if is possible to tag an Infusionsoft contact based on the ticket type selected in the registration process.

So if they register 1 or 4 people, each would be tagged with the ticket type that is selected in the registration process for those attendees.

Hi Mike,

I looked at the code and the documentation and right now the one supported tag is done by adding a custom field infusionsoft_tag_id to the event. A PHP developer that’s familiar with the WordPress Plugin API may be able to extend this to the different ticket options within an event, and they should be able to use the
FHEE__EEE_Infusionsoft_Registration__sync_to_infusionsoft__infusionsoft_tags filter hook and its second parameter.
