Why won’t the “incomplete registrations” clear?

I’ve tried Maintenance/Reset Ticket and Datetime Reserved Counts

My client is getting upset because items appear to be ‘sold out’ whilst they still have spaces left.

Hi,

Usually this happens if scheduled tasks are deactivated on the site. If you go to your site’s Tools > Site Health page, then wait about 30 seconds, does it show a message that says anything about a scheduled task failing?
